Earning Full WOBs:

Homer Bailey pitched into the 6th, holding Houston to 1 run and earned the 3-2 decision for Oakland.

Yu Darvish kept the Cubs in the playoff hunt with 14 strikeouts over 6 shutout innings to top San Diego, 4-1.

Juan Lagares hit 2 home runs, including a grand slam, to help the Mets complete the sweep of Arizona with an 11-1 final.

Luke Voit went 3 for 5 with a homer in the Yankees 10-4 double header opener win over Detroit. In the night cap, he got on base twice, scoring a run, helping the Yankees to a 6-4 victory.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Jeff Brigham threw 3 perfect innings out of the bullpen to keep the Marlins in the game. The Brewers would hold on, 3-2.

Kyle Lewis homered again and had 3 hits altogether in Seattle’s 11-5 loss to the Reds.

Jonathan Schoop got 3 hits, with a homer, but the Twins were doubled up by Washington, 12-6.

Justin Verlander struck out 11 A’s in 6 strong innings but took the hard luck 3-2 decision for Houston.
