Let’s see owned baseball on September 17, 2019

Earning Full WOBs:

Cavan Biggio hit for the cycle, adding in a pair of stolen bases, leading the Blue Jays to an 8-5 victory over Baltimore.

Miguel Rojas collected 4 hits and drove in 6 runs to help the Marlins double up Arizona, 12-6.

Marcus Stroman threw 7 shutout innings in Coors Field, striking out 7, as the Mets took a much needed 6-1 final in Colorado.

Justin Verlander struck out 8 Rangers in 6 shutout innings to earn the 4-1 decision for the Astros.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Tim Anderson went 4 for 6 with a homer in the wild 9-8 extra inning White Sox loss in Minnesota.

Yu Darvish fanned 13 Reds in 7 innings but took the 4-2 decision as the Cubs fell.

Jorge López held the A’s to 2 runs over 6 innings but the Royals came up short, 2-1.

Kyle Schwarber got 3 hits, drove in both Cubs runs, in the 4-2 defeat by the Reds.
