MLB DFS Picks For DraftKings 4/26/21

DraftKings has an awesome new game option called “Tiers”, It lets you select all your players without any salary cap per position all. Instead, you pick one batter from 6 different boxes to choose from – in which 4 – 9 players appear per tier. This is a great new contest selection for those who hate having to value shop 2 pitchers and all positions from 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, C and 3 OF positions.
Here is the strategy we are using for gameplay every niight. The reason why we wheel all of our players with the other players in our lists is to maximize our chance to win a GPP.
We pick two players on every single ticket and then wheel the other four tiers with 2 players we like each. We designate one player we like the best as the home team and the 2nd seed goes as the visitor.
We play all the contests that have 20 roster limits. Obviously we don’t go crazy because we are playing so many different combinations. If we go for $2 – 5 value each per roster, we will play $32 – $80 a night.
Here are the contests we like playing. All of them are MLB Tiers
Dimetime contest. 20 rosters x $0.10 = ($2.00) – we will enter 2 – 3 tournaments
Quarter Jukebox. 20 Rosters x $0.25 = ($5.00)
MLB Solo Shot. 20 Rosters x $1.00 = ($20.00)
MLB Tablesetter. 4 rosters x $2.00 ($8.00)
MLB Four Seamer 2 rosters x 4.00 ($8.00)
MLB Tiers Booster 10 TOP 3 win $20. 3 Rosters x $2.00 ($6.00)
You can determine how much you want to bet. I start off on the lower end each time after a big win.
If you were to take Trout and Acuna on all tickets here is how you wheel 16 rosters.
say tiers 3 you pick Story as your 1 seed (H) and McMahon as your 2 seed (V), Tiers 4 you pick Hoskins as your 1 seed (H) and Tatis Jr. and your 2 seed (V). Tier 5 has Adam Eaton as the 1 seed (H) and Travis d’Arnaud as the 2 seed (V), with the 6th tier being Yoan Moncada as the 1 seed and Ozzie Albies as the 2 seed (V)

Best way to do this is to enter the .10 contest and create a roster for each of the following then enter it into the other 2.

This is a great new contest selection for those who hate having to value shop 2 pitchers and all positions from 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, C and 3 OF positions.
Here is the strategy we are using for gameplay tonight. The reason why we wheel all of our players with the other players in our lists is to maximize our chance to win a GPP
For every tier, we are ranking the top two players from each. We will then wheel all of those players with each other for 16 – 64 total scenarios. The key is to wheel all scenarios and then if a contest doesn’t fill the quota – you find a few other contests to do so.
Today we are entering 37 rosters with a $5 entry fee (37 Max Rosters GPP, we will own 1.95% of the rosters.) into the Knuckleball tournament in which there are 1902 players – with a prize payout of $8K.
Mike Trout of Tier #1 will be implored on every single roster for the 1st 32. Since we have 5 more rosters to play with we will put Alex Bregman into our best 5 lineups (free of Trout but with the others). Read the rest of this entry

Here is the strategy we are using for gameplay tonight. The reason why we wheel all of our players with the other players in our lists is to maximize our chance to win a GPP

Today we are wheeling 2 different players per tier – except for Tier 4 where we are using Manny Machado on every roster – which will give us 32 different rosters. Mike Trout, Christian Yelich, Michael Brantley, Freddie Freeman, Jorge Polanco, Adalberto Mondesi, Mike Moustakas, Ronald Acuna Jr. are the players we are using tonight along with Machado.
We are playing in the 1189 entry contest called the Knuckleball for $5 per roster. 32 entries in total.

Instead, you pick one batter from 6 different boxes to choose from – in which 4 – 9 players appear per tier. This is a great new contest selection for those who hate having to value shop 2 pitchers and all positions from 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, C and 3 OF positions.
Here is the strategy we are using for gameplay tonight.
For every tier, we are ranking the top two players from each. We will then wheel all of those players with each other for 64 total scenarios.
57 of those scenarios will go to the $5 Knuckleball contest where there are 1902 rosters in play ($8K in prizes). We will have 3% of the rosters entered.
We then will use a 20 roster train (all rosters the same)/7134 entries in the $1.5K prize pool for 25 cents entry fee each in order to arrive at $5 value.
We will then enter 20 entries in the Solo Shot contest out of the 3567 rosters and use roster trains of 5 for four different teams and that assesses our roster scenarios of 59 – 62 all to garner $5 value of each.
For Roster 63 we will enter the $2 Tablesetter for 4 entries ($8 total) and this will be our 2nd best roster. Rosters 63 & 64 are always a little bigger bet.
For Roster #64 we will enter the single entry $1k Base Hit – competing against 97 other players with a cost of a $12 bet. This will be our best roster available. Always to be HHHHHH in our 6 scenario roster wheel.
Of course, you can use your own 2 players per each tier. Rank them 1 and 2 and then assign them Home (H) for 1 and V (V) Visitor for 2. Simply use our 64 wheeled scenarios and match them up with our master list for 64 scenarios. The 1 ranked player is always H’s and the 2nd ranked player for you is always the V’s.
$330 is what we have riding on the festivities. We have 12 out of the 36 players playing tonight.
