Michael Pineda haunted his old team by pitching a shutout into the 7th and striking out 9 Mariner batters over his 6 plus innings and earning the 7-2 decision for the Yankees.

Jacob deGrom pitched 8 shutout innings, allowing 2 hits, no walks and 8 strikeouts, winning the 7-0 game for the Mets in San Diego.

Ryan Flaherty got a pair of hits including an RBI triple but the Orioles would fall to Houston, 5-2.

Nolan Arenado went 2 for 4 including a 2 run homer off of Kershaw in the Rockies 11-4 loss to Los Angeles.

Ubaldo Jimenez struck out 8 Houston batters in 6 innings, allowing just 4 hits and 2 runs. The Orioles bullpen would blow his lead and lose, 5-2.

Jaime Garcia gave St. Louis 7 innings of 3 hit, no walk ball, allowing a single run. That run would be enough for Milwaukee to win, 1-0.
