Let’s see owned baseball on September 17, 2019
Earning Full WOBs:
Cavan Biggio hit for the cycle, adding in a pair of stolen bases, leading the Blue Jays to an 8-5 victory over Baltimore.
Miguel Rojas collected 4 hits and drove in 6 runs to help the Marlins double up Arizona, 12-6.
Marcus Stroman threw 7 shutout innings in Coors Field, striking out 7, as the Mets took a much needed 6-1 final in Colorado.
Justin Verlander struck out 8 Rangers in 6 shutout innings to earn the 4-1 decision for the Astros.
Earning 1/2 WOBs:
Tim Anderson went 4 for 6 with a homer in the wild 9-8 extra inning White Sox loss in Minnesota.
Yu Darvish fanned 13 Reds in 7 innings but took the 4-2 decision as the Cubs fell.
Jorge López held the A’s to 2 runs over 6 innings but the Royals came up short, 2-1.
Kyle Schwarber got 3 hits, drove in both Cubs runs, in the 4-2 defeat by the Reds.

Earning Full WOBs:
Asdrubal Cabrera drove in 5 runs with a homer, a hit and a walk, scoring twice as the Nationals blanked the Pirates, 13-0.
Dakota Hudson pitched a no hitter into the 7th, finishing with 6 2/3 hitless frames, striking out 7. The Cardinals bullpen allowed a hit but not a run to shutout the Brewers, 3-0.
Jorge López allowed 2 hits and 1 run to earn the 5-4 decision for the Royals over Baltimore.
Tom Murphy homered twice and added another hit and a walk to lead the Mariners past the Rays, 9-3.
Earning 1/2 WOBs:
Trevor Bauer struck out 11 Padres in 7 innings but took the hard luck 3-2 decision for the Reds.
Freddy Galvis went 2 for 4 with a homer butthe Reds were edged by the Padres, 3-2.
Jorge Polanco doubled and homered in the Twins 6-4 loss to the White Sox.
Hansel Robles threw 1 1/3 key scoreless innings of relief but the Angels fell to the Rangers, 8-7 in 11.

Who Owned Baseball September 8, 2018 (Daily #MLB AL/NL Pitcher + Hitter MVP’s) + 2018 #WOB

Mike Trout had a 5 hit performance, including a pair of homers, driving in 5, as the Angels clobbered the White Sox, 12-3.
Jorge Lopez took a perfect game into the 9th, finishing with 8 plus innings, 1 hit, 1 run and struck out 4 Twins for the 4-1 Kansas City victory.
Anthony Rendon homered, doubled and scored in the key 7th inning rally to help the Nats sweep a double header from the Cubs with a 6-5 final in the night cap. In the first game he also got a hit and drove in a run.
Max Scherzer saved the Nationals bullpen in game 1 of a double header by going 9, striking out 11 Cubs and earning the 10-3 decision.
They all owned baseball on September 8, 2018
