The Coors field Effect is still alive and well for Pitchers and Hitters. 19 out of the 20 years, the Rox have led the Major Leagues in Home Batting Average. Last year, position hitters (1-8) hit for a .315. Batting Average. This season is no different. The Rox have played inspired baseball, but now are faced with injuries to Tulowitzki, Fowler and Gonzalez.

Troy Tulowitzki just broke his ribs – and cant ever seem to keep healthy. He currently has a contract that runs him through 2021 with the franchise (14 YRS – MIN $166 MIL.)

All of the players in the Organization Minors and Majors:

CARGO has himself a 9 YR/$80 MIL contract that runs through the 2017 season. At least with Tulo and he – the franchise always has a punchers chance in the NL West.  The Rockies have made the playoffs in 1995, 2007 and 2009 for their franchise history.  In 2007, the team was swept by the Boston Red Sox – after the club incredibly won 21 out of 22 games to make it there.  Can Gonzalez and CO return to the World Series again for another shot at it in his tenure?
