Nelson Cruz homered 3 times, driving in 5, as the Twins pounded the White Sox, 10-3.

Jacob deGrom threw 7 scoreless frames while recording 9 strikeouts to help the Mets blank San Diego, 4-0.

Daniel Murphy got 3 hits including an 8th inning homer and then drove in the go ahead run in the 9th with a force play to help the Rockies come from behind and top Washington, 8-7.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Logan Allen gave the Padres a pair of scoreless innings but the team could not rally against the Mets, who won 4-0.

Manny Machado got 3 hits but his Padres teammates could not drive him in as the Mets shut them out, 4-0.

Adalberto Mejía threw 3 scoreless and hitless innings out of the bullpen, striking out 4 Orioles along the way. The Angels would lose the 10-8 game in 16.

Mike Trout reached base 4 times, scoring 2 and driving in 2, but the Angels dropped a bizarre 10-8 final in 16 to Baltimore.
