A COMBINED NO HITTER CREDITED TO THE LATE TYLER SKAGGS
It is impossible to NOT be moved by the entire night’s tribute to Tyler Skaggs. The opening ceremony was touching. Mike Trout’s homer in the first seemed perfect.
But that was child’s play to the game on the mound.
It was fitting that it was a combined no hitter. No one pitcher could take the full credit tonight. Taylor Cole threw the first two innings. Felix Peña threw the final 7. But Skaggs was there for all 9.
Now to update the list.
