Justin Turner reached base 5 times, including a homer, driving in 2 runs as the Dodgers crept closer to Colorado with a 9-6 final.

Willians Astudillo singled and hit a 2 run walk off homer in the 9th to lead the Twins past Kansas City, 3-1.

John Gant pitched into the 7th, finishing with 2 runs and 5 hits over 6 2/3 innings, striking out 6 Tigers to earn the 5-2 decision for St. Louis.

Andrew Heaney struck out 12 over 7 frames, allowing 3 hits, no walks and no runs as the Angels blanked the White Sox, 1-0.
