P- Madison Bumgarner (vs. Los Angeles Dodgers): $13,100. Bumgarner has been a beast all season long in daily fantasy. Over his last three starts, he has a 2-1 record, 21 strikeouts, and a 2.25 ERA in 20 inning pitched. During his career, he has shown plenty of success against the Dodgers at their home stadium. He currently owns a 8-5 record to go along with a 2.40 ERA at Dodger Stadium.
P- Anibal Sanchez (vs. Minnesota Twins): $6,900. Sanchez is coming off a start which he took a no-hitter into the seventh inning. In 124 career at bats against Sanchez, the Twins’ lineup is batting .242, with one home run, and a .291 OBP. Over the last seven days, the Twins offense is ranked last in OPS and slugging.
P- Max Scherzer (vs. San Diego Padres): $13,100. In 112 career at bats against Scherzer, the Padres’ lineup is batting .134, with four RBIs, and a .190 OBP. Over his last nine starts, Scherzer owns a 1.61 ERA, with 81 strikeouts, and 13 walks in 61.1 innings pitched. Needless to say, he is a great start on Saturday.
P- Kendall Graveman (vs. Tampa Bay Rays): $7,900. Over his last seven starts, Graveman owns a 4-0 record, with a 2.64 ERA. While he hasn’t faced the Rays’ lineup very much throughout his career, he has shown some success by holding them to a .213 batting average and a .368 slugging percentage.
P- Jerad Eickhoff (vs. Minnesota Twins): $9,400. All of the top tier pitchers have tough match-ups on Thursday, but Eickhoff has a very favorable matchup. He will be facing the Minnesota Twins, who have scored the fewest runs in the American League this year. So far in 2016, Eickhoff is 4-9, with a 3.49 ERA, 83 hits against, and 73 strikeouts in 85 innings pitched. His record isn’t pretty, but it is more a matter of lack of run support, which shouldn’t be an issue against the Twins.
P- Tim Lincecum (vs. Oakland Athletics): $7,100. Lincecum dominated the A’s in his season debut on Saturday. The A’s offense has really struggled recently, so Lincecum should be able to take care of business again on Thursday. Over the last seven games, the A’s rank 29th in runs, 29th in OBP, and 29th in slugging. This will also be Lincecum’s debut at his home stadium, so the crowd will be behind him, which should help him succeed.
