Nick Kingham made his big league debut a memorable one, not allowing a base runner for 6 2/3 innings, finishing with 7 innings of 1 hit ball, striking out 9 Cardinals and earning the 5-0 decision for Pittsburgh.
Ryon Healy homered twice and doubled, knocking in 4 as Seattle beat up Cleveland, 10-4.
CC Sabathia allowed 1 run over 7 tense innings, striking out 4, as the Yankees completed the sweep of the Angels, 2-1.
