One of the biggest blunders made by many gamblers is betting against themselves.  We are going to simplify the process, so if you win, you can really win – none of this barely break even nonsense.

Our new Draft Strategy is now here.  Please read after the post.

With a limited schedule for both Sunday Apr 2, 2017 & Monday Apr 3, 2017 – we are running some light DFS lineups, but will really ramp it up beginning Tuesday Apr 4, 2017.

Now here is what we are going to do for today’s MLB DFS Draft Kings style.

Daily Fantasy MLB DFS Picks For DraftKings – 4/3/17

2 Starting Pitchers (SP)

Marco Estrada, TOR @ BAL, $7000.  Other than giving up an usual amount of HRs to Welington Castillo, (4 HRs in 17 AB), along with a pair of HRs each to Chris Davis and Jonathan Schoop, he has held the O’s to a .196 BA and .309 OBP

Stephen Strasburg, MIA @ WSH, $9900.  Strasburg hasn’t fared greatly against Giancarlo Stanton or Marcell Ozuna, yet he was 2 – 0, with a 1.93 ERA in 2 GS vs the Fish during 2016.

Strasburg also won his 1st 12 decisions prior to July last year.  You throw in his opponent in Edinson Volquez, and he is worth throwing down versus Miami.

1 Catcher (C)

Matt Wieters, MIA @ WSH, $3200.  This is a great price for Wieters who is looking to impress his new club.  He will probably hit 7th or 8th for the Nationals most times this year, but he 2 – 6 in a small sample size for versus Volquez.

1 First Baseman (1B)

Joey Votto, PHI @ CIN, $4700  Consider that if people look at his price tag, and that he is 0 – 9 vs Hellickson, it may not seem like a great play, however Votto is a walking machine – and had a 1.158 OPS past the All – Star Break in 2016.

1 Second Baseman (2B)

Daniel Murphy, MIA @ WSH, $4500.  Murphy is 8 – 18, .444 lifetime versus the RHP Volquez and has routinely been on an unbelievable run since the 2015 Postseason.

1 Third Baseman (3B)

Jose Iglesias, DET @ CWS, $2500 Using the versatility of Iglesias at 3B, I am punting this position in order to get higher priced players.  At least Quintana is not a flamethrower, so maybe the Tigers SS can make some contact.

1 Short Stop (SS)

Trea Turner, MIA @ WSH, $4900.  This guy is worth every penny almost every night he will play.  He hits leadoff, has power, speed, will score plenty of Runs and can take a walk.

3 Outfielders (OF)

Bryce Harper, MIA @ WSH, $5100.  Again, he hasn’t registered a hit versus Hellickson at all, however Harper did plenty of damage in Spring Training, and also has been known to crack the ball around nn Opening Day.

Adam Eaton, MIA @ WSH, $4100  Completion of the Nationals stack, this should round out enough of the lineup so that if they score some runs, you will score some points. Eaton is 9 – 31 vs Volquez for his career (.290)

Billy Hamilton, PHI @ CIN, $4100.  With 36 SB in his last 43 GP, combined with a  BA of .293 and OBP of .369 past the All – Star Game last year.  He also plated 32 runs.  Perfect to pair him with Votto

$50, 000, 000 ($0 Left)

If you’re not familiar with the points breakdown, here’s the format utilizing a $50 million salary cap.
