Jose Altuve went 4-6 with 2 doubles, an RBI 2 runs scored and a stolen base, leading the Astros to a 14-3 laugher in San Diego.

Sonny Gray went 8 innings, giving up just 2 runs and won his third game for the A’s in 2015, 6-2 over the Angels.

Dan Uggla got three hits including a triple and a dramatic 3 run 9th inning come from behind homer that capped Washington’s mind boggling 13-12 comeback in Atlanta.

Madison Bumgarner gave the Giants 8 terrific innings, striking out 9, walking one and allowing a single run, beating the Dodgers in a tense 2-1 pitchers duel.

They all owned baseball on April 28, 2015.

Earning 1/2 WOBs in losing efforts.

Brandon Moss went 2-4 with a 3 run homer in Cleveland’s 11-5 loss to Kansas City.

Anibal Sanchez pitched well for 7 innings, allowing only three runs and walked none, but he took the 3-2 loss for Detroit against the Twins.

Freddie Freeman collected 4 hits, including a double and scored three times in the Braves crushing 13-12 loss to Washington.

Clayton Kershaw pitched 7 innings, allowing 2 runs and no walks and struck out 8 Giants but the Dodger bats were dead and he lost 2-1.
