Jon Lester held the Indians to 4 hits in 7 innings but he would be on the wrong end of a 4-1 Cubs final.

Miguel Sano reached base 4 times, including a homer, but the Twins fell to the Yankees, 7-4.

Francisco Cervelli doubled, homered, walked, singled twice and drove in 6 runs in the wild Pirates 13-10 loss to the Tigers.
