Ronald Acuña Jr. went 3 for 4 including his first career homer to lead the Braves to a 7-4 final over Cincinnati.

Matt Davidson homered twice, driving in 3, in the White Sox 6-3 win in Kansas City.

Ivan Nova threw 8 shutout innings, allowing 6 hits to set up the Pirates 1-0 walk off victory over Detroit.

James Paxton fanned 10 Indians in 6 innings, allowing 5 hits and 2 runs. He did not get the decision but the Mariners took the 5-4 game.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Joey Votto hit a game tying 3 run homer but the Braves would take the lead over his Reds and take the 7-4 game.

Adam Jones got 3 hits including a homer, driving in a pair, but the hapless Orioles lost again, 9-5 to the Rays.

Noah Syndergaard allowed 1 earned run and 1 unearned run in 7 1/3 innings, striking out 7 Cardinals and walking none. The Mets dropped the 4-3 game in 13.

Kyle Gibson held the Yankees hitless for 5 2/3 innings, finishing with 6 shutout frames, 1 hit and 10 strikeouts. The Minnesota bullpen had a startling meltdown with a 4-3 loss.
