Who Owns October (#WOO) Tallies Updated For October 19, 2017

Wally Skalij / Los Angeles Times
So 40 years and a day after Reggie Jackson sunk the Dodgers with 3 homers, Enrique Hernandez picked the Dodgers on his back with 3 homers of his own.
The Dodgers are World Series bound and it wasn’t even close tonight. The player known as Kiki etched his name into Dodger lore and Clayton Kershaw is now 4 team wins away from erasing any doubt of his Cooperstown legacy.
Meanwhile the Cubs… well, they showed just how hard it is to repear.
So who owned October?
Each winning team for every post season game gets a pitcher and a hitter who earn a full WOO (Who Owns October.)
And at my discretion, I award a 1/2 WOO’S to a worthy player on the losing team.
At the end of the post season, we will see who had the highest WOO total as a pitcher and a hitter.
A complete description of the rules can be found HERE.
From October 19
2017 NLCS Game 5:
Receiving 1 WOO
Enrique Hernandez tied single game post season records with 3 homers and 7 RBI, including a grand slam, to mash the Dodgers into the World Series with an 11-1 drubbing of the Champion Cubs.
Clayton Kershaw threw 6 strong innings, allowing 3 hits and 1 run, striking out 5 Cubs to earn the 11-1 decision for the pennant winning Dodgers.
Receiving 1/2 WOO
Kris Bryant homered to provide all the Cubs offense as they were hammered by the Dodgers, 11-1.
Brian Duensing was the only Cubs pitcher to prevent the Dodgers from scoring, tossing a pair of shutout innings as the defending champs saw their reign end in an 11-1 blowout.

Ohhhh boy. This classic Yankee hater is bracing for a Bronx Pennant which I was NOT prepared for this year.
But Gary Sanchez and company are making it a magical fall for a team that has upset one 100 win team and on the verge of beating another one.
Meanwhile the defending Champs are alive for another day… now here comes Kershaw.
