Matt Moore threw 7 shutout innings, striking out 10, allowing 2 hits and got the 5-0 decision for the Rays over the Astros.

Robbie Ray pitched into the 8th, finishing with 7 2/3 shutout innings as the Diamondbacks blanked the Marlins, 6-0.

Carlos Santana homered twice in the Indians 8-3 win over the Angels.

Jon Lester allowed no earned runs and struck out 7 over 7 innings as the Cubs clobbered the Braves 13-2.

They all owned baseball on June 12, 2016.

 Adam Jones homered twice, driving in 3 but his Orioles fell short in the 10-9 slugfest with Toronto.

 

Maikel Franco went 4 for 5 with a homer but the Phillies lost a heartbreaker, 5-4, to Washington.

Christian Friedrich threw 6 innings, allowing 2 hits, 1 unearned run and 9 strikeouts. He did not get a decision as the Rockies beat the Rockies, 2-1.
