Did the Royals win this World Series or did the Mets lose it?

The answer is YES. Both are true.

The Royals won it all. They deserve it. They were the best team in the American League almost the entire season and they earned this title.

But MAN, this is going to be a bitter pill for Met fans to swallow.

And I face that always uncertain darkness: The off season has begun.
