Tommy John Surgeries: ALL – Time List – 11 For 2015

Yu Darvish has exceeded expectations in his 1st 2 seasons with the club. Based on his 6 YRs/$56 MIL contract, he is seriously underpaid in the last four years of his contract. Based on that value created, the team was able to sign Fielder and Choo. Darvish finished 2nd in AL Cy Young Voting with a 2.83 ERA and a AL Leading 277 in 2013. But he has a torn UCL and went under the knife for Tommy John Surgery, i call this a season ender for the Rangers playoffs chances.
For all the talk of baseball players (pitchers mostly) that will be undergoing Tommy John Surgery, we will be keeping a running list! E-mail us at mlbreports@gmail.com if you have any names to add to our totals.
How many players are having or had TJ in history? You are about to find out:

Also on this day in 1958, the Giants and Dodgers played each other for the first time as California teams, changing the landscape of baseball forever.
It is a West Coast Bias Episode 904 of The Sully Baseball Daily Podcast.
Giancarlo Stanton, Anthony DeSclafani, Steven Souza Jr, Shane Greene, Robinson Cano, A. J. Burnett and Chase Utley all added to their totals for Who Owns Baseball?
