TOP 5 HRs AL/NL, (HR Streaks 5 Active: (3) Upton, (2): EE,Chavez,Gonzalez,Rollins) Multi HR Games + Davis’s Big Night

Edwin Encarnacion is pistol hot at the plate right now, with 7 HRs and 14 RBI in the last 12 Games Played. In that time frame, he is carrying a 1.127 OPS. EE began May with just 2 HRs, and now he is tied for 4th in the AL with 11 big flies on the campaign. The Blue Jays 1B hit a HR for the 2nd straight game Tues night – after featuring his 3rd Multi HR contest since May 8th. EE also had a 3 game HR streak from May 6 – May 8.

Edwin Encarnacion had a Multi HR Game for the 3rd time since May 8th last night. This guy is sickly hot at the plate right now.
Heading into April with just 1 big fly, he now has 9 HRs in the month of May, and is a centrifugal force behind the recent hot play by the Toronto Blue Jays.
The Canadian franchise’s 1B now is tied with 4 other guys for 4th place (including teammate Jose Bautista) in the AL – with 11 HRs.
It was also the 2nd HR streak for EE, as he hit a HR in three straight games from May 6th to May 8th.

Chris Davis is one of the premier sluggers in all of baseball, and is showing everyone that he is a great all-around hitter as well with showing patience with Walks. The Orioles 1B was sidelined from injury on a DL Stint, and is starting to resemble the kind of power hitter he is – with his 3 HR effort on Tuesday night. He hit 53 HRs last season, and having another year with 50+ HRs would put him in some exclusive company. He may even win the AL HR crown overall/ If Davis can find his groove, he may pole vault up the Home Run Standings.
Chris Davis through his name into the HR ring atmosphere last evening, by clubbing 3 long bombs in a decisive 9 – 2 beatdown against Francisco Liriano and the Pirates.
He doubled his total for the year, and with a little hot streak, could enter the HR race in no time flat.
The Baltimore squad has 2 lethal bats in their lineup now, with he and Nelson Cruz is second in the AL with 13 HRs, after smashing a RoundTripper in the same game.
Justin Upton hit a dinger for his 3rd straight contest, becoming the latest to nail down the feat, and to tie Giancarlo Stanton for 2nd in NL HRs.
Adrian Gonzalez continued his torrid power surge to start 2014, by nailing his 11th HR of the year.
He now possesses a 4 game HR streak, a 3 game HR streak, and a 2 game HR streak (active right now).
Gonzalez also jumped into sole possession of 4th place in the NL HR race.
