Let’s see owned baseball on August 31, 2019
Earning Full WOBs:
Jalen Beeks came into the game in the second and gave Tampa Bay 3 shutout innings to earn the 9-6 decision over Cleveland.
Anthony Rendon homered twice in the Nationals 7-0 victory over Miami.
Ronny Rodríguez drove in 5 runs with 2 homers to help the Tigers top Minnesota, 10-7.
Stephen Strasburg struck out 14 over 8 shutout innings to help the Nationals blank the Marlins 7-0.
Earning 1/2 WOBs:
Dylan Bundy struck out 7 Royals over 6 innings but the Orioles bullpen blew the lead and ultimately the 7-5 game.
Mitch Garver reached base 4 times, with 2 homers, but the Twins dropped the 10-7 slug fest to Detroit.
Sonny Gray pitched into the 7th, allowing 1 unearned run over 6 2/3 innings. The Reds bullpen melted down and the Cardinals walked off with the 3-2 final.
Justin Turner went 3 for 4 with a homer but the Dodgers were edged out by Arizona, 6-5.

Who Owned Baseball August 8, 2018 (Daily #MLB AL/NL Pitcher + Hitter MVP’s) + 2018 #WOB

Patrick Corbin pitched shutout ball into the 8th, finishing with 7 1/3 scoreless innings, 4 hits and 9 strikeouts as the Diamondbacks blanked the Phillies, 6-0.
Brandon Nimmo hit 3 doubles, driving in 3 and scoring 3 in the Mets 8-0 shutout of Cincinnati.
Heath Fillmyer got his first big league win, holding the first place Cubs scoreless over 7 innings allowing 3 hits in the Royals 9-0 win.
Joey Gallo homered twice and added a single to help the Rangers take an 11-7 slugfest from Seattle.
They all owned baseball on August 8, 2018
