Who Owned Baseball – June 26, 2019 (Daily #MLB AL/NL Pitcher + Hitter MVPs) + 2019

Let’s see owned baseball on June 26, 2019

Earning Full WOBs:

Jose Abreu got 3 hits including a dramatic 2 run, come from behind home run in the 9th inning to help the White Sox stun the Red Sox, 8-7.

Patrick Corbin struck out 9 Marlins in 7 innings, allowing a single run and the Nationals held on to win, 7-5.

Corey Dickerson reached base 5 times, driving in 3 and scoring 3, as the Pirates thrashed the Astros, 14-2.

Mike Minor threw a complete game, striking out 7 Tigers in 9 innings, allowing 1 run to earn the 4-1 decision for the Rangers.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Matthew Boyd went 7 innings, striking out 11 Rangers, but took the 4-1 loss for Detroit.

Lourdes Gurriel Jr. homered twice and added another hit, driving in 4, but the Yankees would ultimately walk off against Toronto, 8-7.

Dominic Smith got on base a total of 4 times, homered and stole a base but the Mets collapsed again and dropped the 5-4 game in Philadelphia.

Jason Vargas struck out 10 Phillies and allowed 3 hits in 6 1/3 innings. The Mets bullpen blew the lead and the game, 5-4.
