Jed Lowrie reached base 4 times, including a homer and the RBI hit that brought the A’s to within one of Texas. Oakland would complete its mind boggling comeback and win 13-10 in 10 innings.
Masahiro Tanaka threw a complete game 3 hits shutout, striking out 9 Rays hitters to seal the 4-0 decision for the Yankees.
Lorenzo Cain went 4 for 5, scoring a pair of runs including the winning tally in the 10th to give the Brewers a walk off 5-4 victory against the Nationals.
Austin Gomber took a no hitter into the 7th. He would eventually surrender a hit and the shut out but the Reds would go on to beat the Cardinals, 4-2.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:
J. D. Martinez homered twice, driving in 3, but the Red Sox 9th inning come back fell short in Baltimore, 7-6.
Ryan Borucki did not allow an earned run but his two unearned runs over 6 innings were enough to get the hard luck 5-0 Kansas City loss to Minnesota.
Yasmani Grandal collected 3 hits, including a pair of homers, but the Dodgers fell victim to a 15th inning Philadelphia walk off shot, 7-4.
Tyler Anderson held the Astros to 3 hits and 2 runs over 7 1/3 solid innings. The Rockies bullpen had a meltdown in extra innings and the Astros took advantage for the 8-2 final.
