DraftKings DFS Lineups For Apr 2, 2017
Hunter Stokes (Chief Writer/Part Owner)
One of the biggest blunders made by many gamblers is betting against themselves. We are going to simplify the process, so if you win, you can really win – none of this barely break even nonsense.
Our new Draft Strategy is now here. Please read after the post.
With a limited schedule for both Sunday Apr 2, 2017 & Monday Apr 3, 2017 – we are running some light DFS lineups, but will really ramp it up beginning Tuesday Apr 4, 2017.
Now here is what we are going to do for today’s MLB DFS Draft Kings style.
At first glance you may say to use Chris Archer vs the Yankees – as he usually has a sparkling home ERA, however the BVP numbers suggest he could be hit well by the Pinstipers.
Daily Fantasy MLB DFS Picks For DraftKings – 4/2/17
P – Masahiro Tanaka, NYY @ TB, $8800 – The man has been virtually unhittable this Spring and he has a good track record vs the Rays
C – Gary Sanchez, NYY @ TB, $4500 – The ‘Sanchize’ took Archer deep in his only game versus the Tampa Bay pitcher last year. I think if he slows down at all, it may take till the summer to do so.
1B – Anthony Rizzo, CHC @ STL, $4900 – 3 HRs in 26 AB vs Martinez and will take a walk if necessary.
2B – Ben Zobrist, CHC @ STL, $4000 – has 5 hits in 13 AB vs Martinez and is versatile enough to stay in the game all night long.
SS – Starlin Castro, NYY @ TB, $3300 – Perfect for stacking against Archer in this scenario, and love the multi-positional eligibility.
OF – Jacoby Ellsbury, NYY @ TB, $3600 – As stated above, he owns Archer in his career, and also has plenty of RBI chances moving to the #5 slot in the lineup.
OF – Jason Heyward, CHC @ STL,$3200 – Yes he has been awful since arriving in Chicago, however he does have 7 hits in 17 AB against Martinez, and will keep the train moving along in the Cubs stack.
OF, Willson Contreras, CHC @ STL,$3400 – O ABs so far vs Martinez, but if the Cubs score, you have 4 of their hitters in this lineup. If they win, chances are good to put some PTS on board. Plus they could get to the RedBirds Bullpen.
$50, 000, 000 ($0 Left)
If you’re not familiar with the points breakdown, here’s the format utilizing a $50 million salary cap.
