Luis Valbuena went 3 for 5, launching a 9th inning, 3 run come from behind walk off homer to give the Astros a stunning 10-9 victory over the A’s.
Yasmani Grandal went 5 for 5 with 3 homers and 6 RBI to lead the Dodgers in a wild 10-6 slugfest against San Diego.
Corey Kluber threw 8 strong innings, allowing 5 hits and 1 run, striking out 8 and walking no Yankee batters as Cleveland took the laugher, 10-2.
Stephen Strasburg struck out 9 Mets and gave up only 2 hits and 1 run as the Nationals won the critical divisional match up, 3-1.

Evan Longoria got 4 hits, including a homer, in the Rays 6-5 loss in Boston.
Melvin Upton Jr. went 4 for 5 with 2 homers, 3 RBI and a stolen base. It wasn’t enough as the Padres were out mashed by the Dodgers, 10-6.
Yordano Ventura pitched 7 innings, walking just 1 and allowing 3 runs. But he was saddled with a tough luck defeat as the Royals fell short against Seattle, 3-2.
Jon Gray struck out 8 in 6 2/3 innings, allowing 3 hits and 2 runs. He would not factor in the 5-3 decision as his Rockies dropped the game to Philadelphia.
