Alfredo Simon helped continue the dominant start by Detroit with 8 innings of 2 hit shutout ball, walking none and getting the 1-0 decision in Pittsburgh.

Devon Travis went 3-4 with a double and a homer, driving in a pair as the Blue Jays rolled over Tampa Bay, 12-7.

Travis Wood threw 7 shutout innings, striking out 7 Reds and allowing just 3 hits and 2 walks, earning the 5-0 win for the Cubs.

Adeiny Hechavarria went 3-3 with a homers and a sacrifice fly, driving in 3 and scoring 2 for the Marlins 6-2 victory in Atlanta.

They all owned baseball on April 15, 2015.

Earning 1/2 WOBs in losing efforts.

Edinson Volquez did his best to keep the Royals winning streak intact. He pitched into the 8th, allowing just 3 runs, 5 hits and 1 walk against 7 strikeouts. But the Twins would hand KC their first loss, 3-1.

Odubel Herrera tripled and hit a pair of doubles and scored the Phillies only run in their 6-1 loss to the Mets.

Steven Souza Jr. homered and doubled, driving in 3 runs but his Rays would fall 12-7 in Toronto.

Francisco Liriano pitched well over 6 innings, letting up 4 hits and a single run. He would be a hard luck loser as the Pirates fell 1-0 to the Tigers.
