Josh Donaldson continued his assault on AL pitching with his 2nd Multi HR effort of the year.

By virtue of him collecting his 15th HR, he ties idle Jose Abreu for 3rd place in the AL HR race.

Jose Bautista not only hit a jack for the 2nd straight game, but he kept himself tied for 5th with  Albert Pujols in the AL by doing so.

Josh Willingham is finally healthy for the Twins – and he has big flies in 2 straight contests.

Kyle Seager of the Mariners put forth his 2nd HR in as many games for Seattle.

All 3 men are among the only 3 competitors to carry a streak into Saturday’s action.

Khris Davis tried for a 4th straight match with a dinger, but settled for 2 Doubles.

Devin Mesoraco is sporting a .699 SLG % on the campaign after his 2 HR effort.  He and Donaldson were the only two players to have multi – HR affairs on Friday.

Giancarlo Stanton hit his 16th rocket over the fence, to take a 2 Tater lead over Troy Tulowitzki.

About chuckbooth3023

I played competitive baseball until 18 years old and had offers to play NCAA Division 1 University Baseball at Liberty University. Post-concussion symptoms from previous football and baseball head injuries forced me to retire by age 19. After two nearly made World Record Attempts in 2008, I set a New World Record by visiting all 30 MLB Parks (from 1st to last pitch) in only 24 Calendar Days in the summer 0f 2009. In April of 2012, I established yet another new GWR by visiting all 30 Parks in only 23 Calendar Days! You can see the full schedule at the page of the www.mlbreports.com/gwr-tracker . In 2015, I watched 224 MLB Games, spanning all 30 MLB Parks in 183 Days. Read about that World Record Journey at https://mlbreports.com/183in2015/229sked2015/
