Justin Turner drove in 5 runs while collecting 3 hits, including a pair of doubles, leading the Dodgers to a much needed 7-0 win over Miami.

Khris Davis went 4 for 4 with a 2 run homer and scored 3 in Oakland’s 10-5 pounding of the Blue Jays.

Kenta Maeda struck out 8 Marlins over 8 innings of 2 hit shutout ball as the Dodgers finally broke their losing streak and blanked the Marlins, 7-0.

David Price took a shutout into the 9th and completed the 6-2 victory for the Red Sox over the Orioles.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Brandon Belt hit a game tying homer and added an extra inning double but the Giants lost in 12 to Colorado, 5-3.

Manny Machado launched a 2 run homer that provided virtually all of Baltimore’s offense in their 6-2 loss in Boston.

Luke Weaver held the Phillies to 1 run over 7 innings, but the Cardinals bats were dead and he took the hard luck 6-2 decision.

Doug Fister pitched 7 innings with no runs and scattered 6 hits and struck out 4 White Sox. But the Rangers bullpen let him down and dropped the game, 4-2.
