MLB Power Rankings/2018 Win Predictions + Playoff Predictions

Season Start Rankings (Left Of team in Parenthesis)

American League (1247 – 1183)

AL East (422 – 388) Win Predictions in Parenthesis For The Year

(3) NY Yankees 96 – 66 Division Winner #3 Seed

(7) Boston Red Sox 90 – 72   WC #1

(13) Baltimore Orioles 86 – 76

(16) Toronto Blue Jays 83 – 79

(27) Tampa Bay Rays 67 – 95

I find it curious that any entity or predictions based website would claim the NL as the victors in Interleague. The AL has speedbagged the NL for 14 years straight in the yearly matchup, posting a .547 win percentage.. I am not betting against them this year – calling for an AL impressive 182 – 118 record vs the Senior Circuit this campaign – which is slightly over  a .600 win PCTG.  How long before the league sees this as a problem?  BTW, if you do your predictions correctly, they should all add to 2430 wins, and it should mean one league has one set of wins more than the other, and the losses for the loser League must reflect that.

AL Central (395 – 415)

(4) Cleveland Indians 97 – 65 Division Winner #2 Seed AL
