Okay, so it is time to ask old Saint Nick, for some help for teams in the MLB to have their wishes come true.

New York Yankees:

Can someone please knock some sense into the brass in the Bronx to realize they are the friggin Yanks?  Since we can’t bring the “Boss” back to kick some ass, maybe a losing season would force the team to pilfer the payroll, and believe it or not, if Cashman behaves himself before Spring Training, the club could get under the Luxury Tax Threshold this year with a few Trade Deals, and go an attack the 2016 Free Agent core of Jason Heyward, Jordan Zimmermann, David Price and Johnny Cueto

Would it be too much to ask if the team could just release Alex Rodriguez?  There is no way he should hit his 660th HR in Pinstripes.  Release him before that day, or way prior, and don’t pay him that dumb $6 MIL Bonus.  He ain’t worth it.  Also don’t want him passing Lou Gehrig for the RBI list ALL – Time in a New York uniform either.

Boston:

An ace pitcher, and preferably give up one of the 1300 OF they have to do it, without losing Mookie Betts or Xander Bogaerts.

Do the Worst to First, to Worst to First, and stay away from beer and chicken for yet another year!

Tampa Bay:

Courtesy of Sully Baseball:  Can we move Turner Field piece by piece to Tampa Bay? (if not Oakland).  If not, I am sure people in Montreal will also have a tough time deciphering Evan Longoria from Eva Longoria.

Toronto is the only team in the MLB not in the USA. With that comes foreign currency. For the years of 1990 - 2007, the Canadian Dollar was hovering around the 70 cents mark for the duration. The last economic crash in the USA - had the dollar at par for the better part of the last 7 years, including once reaching $1.10 for every George Washington bill in America. The average for the exchange rate has been in the mid 90 cents range. The loonie has been in a nosedive since 2014 kicked in - and now it is around 90 cents for every US Dollar. If it goes down much more, it will be just another challenge East Division.

Toronto:

For the love of Canadian Baseball, may the Jays end the longest MLB Playoff drought, and be the last club to reach the postseason in the post Strike/Lockout ERA.

An ace pitcher would be ideal, and a Closer as well.  Maybe a deal for Jonathan Papelbon and Cole Hamels?

Also, can the Canadian Dollar please trend back towards even, at not be at 0.85 cents for every US Dollar!

could be wasting a golden chance to not take advantage of the Yankees and Red Sox down, and the Rays rebuilding. Why won't they act with more urgency for their roster?

Baltimore:

I ask that someone kidnaps Peter Angelos and takes him back to 1997, when he would spend money to contend every season.  2015 may be their last chance to get their licks while Boston and New York regroup, and Tampa Bay is even on a downslide.

Max Scherzer is a Free Agent and could command in the ballpark of a 6 - 7 the $25 - $28 MIL a year contract The Yankees could be the frontrunner for the RHP if they reset their spending tax. With Tanaka potentially being out for the majority of the 2015 campaign with a possible TJ surgery. signing Scherzer would give the club the ace they need. Will they bail out though, giving Detroit a chance to ink him again at a lower rate?

Detroit:

Can everyone else just kind of f**k off, and let Max Scherzer sweat it out, and bring him towards the $24 MIL per year AAV the Tigers offered him, so the Motown Boys have a chance to re-sign him?

Someone please translate to Yoenis Cespedes and tell him that he is in a contract year.  If he plays awesome it will be “Straight Cash Homie”.

I am also advocating signing Brian Wilson guys.  Contrary to popular opinion, he didn’t have a bad second half in 2014, will be a low risk, thanks to the Dodgers eating his dough, and he is yet to yield a run ever in the postseason (18 IP).

Whatever happens, let Phil Coke leave.  2014 was his 1st year ever under a 4.00 ERA or Detroit in 5 years, albeit still at 3.88 – with a 1.534 WHIP.  Where is Clu Haywood with his “They haven’t released you yet soundbyte?”

Eric Hosmer and Mike Moustakas represent the corner infield for the KC Royals. If they both can hit for better power in 2015 as oppose to their regular 2014 campaigns, the club could withstand losing a few key veterans like Shields, Aoki and Butler.

KC:

A competitive club for one more year with a chance to make the playoffs again would be wicked.

Hopefully a team official will impose a ban on newly singned Alex Rios‘s “Puma” shoes too.

It would be nice if Edinson Volquez doesn’t revert to his San Diego days.

If it isn’t too much to ask, could Mike Moustakas hit over his weight by ALL – Star Break for once?

1st year in forever the club won't have Konerko out there, but bringing in LaRoche should help fill the void, along with Jeff Samardzija, Melky Cabrera, Zach Duke and David Robertson

CWS:

After spending all of that dough on Free Agents, health will be a paramount factor in the “Southsiders” quest for glory again.  May we ask that the fans come to US Cellular Field to stop an 8 year decline in attendance.

Maybe to let the 500 level ticket holders access to the lower level, and not charge them twice as much for their lowest tier ticket than any other franchise?

Sano and Buxton were pretty much hurt from the get go in 2014. If the Twins want to contend in 2015, they will need both to step up to the Majors. Lots of veterans in the stock with Torii Hunter, Edwin Jackson taking their talents to the Twin Ciities

MIN:

Can we get out of Spring Training without a blue chip prospect having a season ending surgery procedure?

How about Paul Molitor faring better than fellow Hall of Famer Manager Ryne Sandberg did in Philly in his 1st campaign as field skipper of the Phils?

See Torii Hunter play the whole year in Minny, meaning the club doesn’t fall out of contention before the Trade Deadline, so the team would consider flipping him to a squad in World Series contention?

Perhaps the Indians should call the Orioles to trade bad contract for bad contract, in a reuniting Ubaldo Jimenez in Cleveland, where he perfromed well in the 2nd half of 2013

CLE:

Nick Swisher to play well in the 1st few months so a team will be interested in picking him up on the cheap..Why don’t the Tribe and O’s just do a Swisher for Ubaldo Jimenez trade right now – and try helping the guys out with a change of scenery?

Could we have a 1st half repeat for a whole year in Lonnie Chisenhall – and also follow up brilliant years for Corey Kluber and Michael Brantley.

Josh Hamilton was tearing up the baseball in April before he injured his hand sliding into 1st base in Seattle. Upon returning, the former AL MVP is not hitting with the same kind of authority. His overall numbers are still good, and I believe he has one more good stretch of play. Like Pujols, he signed a huge deal to play with the Halos. Hamilton will earn $25 MIL in 2015, and $32 MIL for both the 2016 and 2017 seasons. The team has to hope for optimum success.

At least, stay on the field man!

LAA:

Whatever happens in 2015 good or bad, have Josh Hamilton healthy.

To not have 40% of our Starting Pitchers suffer bad injuries.

A financial expert explain to Arte Moreno he should consider going over the Luxury Tax Threshold for one year to take a run at a title?  Signing Max Scherzer would allow them to do this.  At 17.5% penalty for every dollar spent over $189.0 MIL, it wouldn’t be that much for a 1st time offender.

Trade some assets after 2015, and by then Tyler Skaggs will be back for the rotation, and C.J. Wilson and Hamilton will be close to the end of their tenure in Anaheim.

Beane knows how to run his payroll with not much room to maneuver. In the last year he has rebuilt 70% of his Pitching Rotation, and all of this was able to do with his club's depth. The payroll wouldn't have escalated if Griffin and Parker went out with season ending TJ surgeries. Beane had his team in 1st, went for the gold all at once, and now has decided to re-tool by trading off the best players. He will do another 50+ in 2015 we are sure!

OAK:

Nobody should panic about Billy Beane‘s latest overhaul.  He traded away players before they started making any money at all, yet alone decent Arbitration bucks.

Need to keep Brett Lawrie upright and on the field.

If the pitchers can all come back healthy, this squad will have tonnes of talent to trade for offense later in the year if they stick around contentions.

Beane should think about dealing for Dioner Navarro from the Jays.  Decent Catcher and on last year of contract, so could trade him at Deadline again.

To have a year sewage free at the O.Co.

Someone should be with Montero 24/7 this offseason, so he doesn't show up 60 LBS overweight again. Take the fork out of your mouth Jesus!

SEA:

For Jack Z. to let Franklin Gutierrez walk.  That $1 MIL he received for 0 games last year looked really bad, when you factor in the squad was burned by the guy for the previous years.

Would it be too much for the M’s to have a 1B that hit above league average?

Also, they better be doing this anyway, but a team official to check in on Jesus Montero all winter, so he doesn’t eat himself out of the league?

Need for James Paxton and Taijuan Walker to remain healthy.

Prince Fielder, and about 4000 other Rangers spend time on the DL in 2014. Barring any craziness, the club should be much healthier in 2015.

TEX:

How about not having 64 players on the DL in 2015?  That would be a start.

Extending Yu Darvish before he wins a CY Young and garners a $200 MIL payday.

Finding a GM, who may have had a bad meal one day, to take on a trade for Elvis Andrus!

HOU:

For the Bullpen to justify the half of the teams’ payroll that the GM doled out to shorten the game for the starters.

To not set the record for all time whiffs with the lineup?  They may not need air conditioning at Minute Maid Parl with the amount of wood flying through space not hitting baseballs at the dish.

Keep spending money and improving the franchise.

Of Course for Craig Biggio (and/or Jeff Bagwell) make it to the Baseball Hall Of Fame!biggio bagwell 2
