Barring Any Setbacks Schedule Wise, I Will Be Attempting An All 30 MLB Parks/20 Days Trip In 2015

I have been waiting as patiently as I can for the 2015 time starts for the upcoming MLB season. It all started coming together when Wrigley Field was announced as the 2015 campaign opener.
I knew where I was going to start my quest of attending a game for every day in the 2015 year.
A lot of teams have put forth their start times for most games already, and even the Mets, Yankees and A’s are smart enough to have single game ticket sales up before Christmas holidays for 2015.
Scouring the June and July itinerary of games (for another ballpark chaser’s potential 30 Games in 30 Days via a ground trip) I started to see some Doubleheaders arise in the time frame of June 10 – July 4th time frame.
This is nothing new to me, as I have been scouting out Doubleheader possibilities since 2007. What was starting to take form is a sweetheart list of potential opportunities of 2 games in one day.
Now not every club has specified their start times. Teams like the Royals, Indians, Marlins, Astros, Padres, Angels and White Sox have yet to publish any game times this far. But from the games that are put in at this point, it is looking like I will have a streak chase to trek down my own World Record of 30 parks in 23 days set in 2012.
I will have to wait until the end of January to finish the schedule, as I am in need of the ESPN Sunday night schedule of games for those months too, but it is looking in my favor to have about 10 doubleheader attempts in a 20 day span.

I was visited by the Indians President Mark Shapiro during his trip to Progressive Field in 2012 as part of my World Record Streak.
Just to recap how the 2012 trip went down. It was also a 30 – 20 schedule, in which I nailed 7 out of 10 Doubleheader Attempts ( I made LAA/SD, PHI/NYM, TOR/NYY, BOS/WSH, CHC/MIL, CIN/CWS and CLE/PIT attempts) while I was three flight delays from completing ATL/STL, HOU/TEX and CLE/BAL.
Chances are I would have never made the Progressive Field/Camden Yards doubleheader with a 3:14 game time, and only a 45 minute window to make a flight to BWI from downtown Cleveland.
June
10 NYY 1:05/ NYM 7:05 (DH 1) – Confirmed
11 ATL/TB 12:10/7:10 (DH 2) – Confirmed
12 HOU/TEX (DH 3) – Potential -High chance that the Sunday game will be a night contest in Texas. Maybe the 3rd DH attempt for a Minute Maid/Ballpark In Arlington won’t be foiled by a plane delay.
13 CHC/MIL (4) – Potential This is a Saturday, and more often than not, the Cubs play 12 PM games on Saturdays, and the Brewers play 6:10 games.
14 MIA
16 SF 12:35 /LAA TBD (5) The Giants game is already up, and Angels will probably be a 7:05 game, if not and is a day game, than it San Diego is a back up. If SD is a night game, and LAA is a day game, it is even better for a DH attempt.
18 PHI 1:05/WSH 7:05,(6) (OR ARI 12:40 – OAK 12:35/LAD 7:10) With the listing of the ESPN schedule being posted later, it is a potential to switch to Arizona and Dodgers doubleheader. Also the A’s play a SAT may 27th game at 1:10. that has the Giants as A TBD right now, and could be used as a DH attempt that is much easier.
20 TOR 1:07/CWS TBD (7) if the White Sox play their usual 7:10 game at Us Cellular Field, this could be accomplished.
24 MIN/COL 12:10/6:40 (8) – This is a Confirmed DH attempt and doable.
25 – 27 TB/MIA IN TOWN SAME TIME, SD/LAD
27 OAK/SD OR SF (9)

Since the MLB decided to have a full week of all teams having a 2 games at home and 2 away vs an interleague opponent (June 15th to June 18th, 2015), the week before and that 4 day stretch has plenty of matinees for what would be getaway days..It is a scheduling oddity I will use to my advantage.
JULY
1 CIN 12:35/ STL 7:15 (10) – 354 Miles – and a 5 Hour drive (4 with time zone difference change) make for this Confirmed DH attempt. It is a hard to fathom making, but a 2:40 game or less give a chance to do the impossible
2 TB 12:10/ATL 7:10 – (NYM 1:05; PHI 6:35 Backup) If I start the schedule later than the 10th of June, I can reset and would need to make up the NYY/NYM, TB and ATL 2 attempts. This could be done.
4 WSH 11:05 AM – BOS 7:05 (Back up is TEX 7:05). With a 4th of July 11 AM start in DC, it makes it easy to double up on the day. I could rent a bicycle and make way to Reagan Airport from Nats Park.
Obviously, I could also double up with the Yankees and Red Sox on Sundays (July 5th). The Yankees also have a potential Sunday ESPN game with the Tigers on Sun June 21st (creates an opportunity with the Phillies), and the Red Sox entertain the Blue Jays on Sunday June 14th, which would create a DH opportunity with the Mets or Orioles for a DH attempt.
The Rangers and Astros are both in the same city for the June 12th to June 14th weekend (also Thursday June 25th), which would create a DH chance if Houston plays a 1:05 local time game, with Texas at 7:05 (as they do when the weather is hot a lot) .
The White Sox and Cubs are both in Chicago for the weekend of July 3rd to July 5th, with the Rays and Marlins being the same town from June 30 to July 2, with Tampa having a 12:10 start on July 2nd, and 7:10 starts on June 30th and July 1st.
Having studied all the variables, I would be stunned if there are not going to be 10 Doubleheaders to try in that duration of the schedule. The thing is, could I make 8 of them?
I am confident in my game planning for the transportation side of it. I am leery of time of games (or extra innings) causing havoc, as I have to be present for every single of the pitch to qualify to break my own record..
Honestly, I expect that chaos would find some way to take down a couple of games for sure. Whether I broke it or not, it would be fun as hell to do this one last time.
Now I just need the schedule makers to help me some more…I will know a lot more by the end of January, and the ESPN Schedule for the 1st 3 months of every season is usually posted around Jan.15 of every year.
