Jose Quintana threw a complete game 3 hit shutout, striking out 10 Brewers and earned a critical 5-0 victory for the Cubs.

Corey Kluber struck out 10 Mariners in 7 innings, allowing 6 hits and 2 unearned runs to solidify his Cy Young case with a 4-2 Cleveland decision.

Pat Valaika came off the bench to homer and double, driving in 2 and helping the Rockies inch closer to the post season by beating San Diego, 8-4.

Jose Ramirez got a pair of hits, including a homer, stealing a base and scoring twice in the Indians 4-2 win over Seattle.

They all owned baseball on September 24, 2017

Mac Williamson got 3 hits, including a homer, but the Dodgers topped the Giants, 3-1.
