Odds To Win The 2013 MLB World Series + ALDS/NLDS Series + The ALCS/NLCS

In my view, the Rays are the best odd on the board at +800. With David Price, Matt Moore and Alex Cobb all pitching so well, and the team have the best coach in Joe Maddon, I am really surprised that they are tied with Oakland for the 3rd in the AL in terms of longshots to win the whole Fall Classic. The Rays won a Game 163 vs the Rangers and the Wild Card Game versus the Indians. It was their 9th straight game on the road. This team just finds a way to win.

Rays Take Out The Indians 4 – 0

The Dodgers are the second favorite to win the World Series, yet are tied with the Red Sox as the favorite to take home their respective League. at +180 it is the worst odd on the board. TIP OF THE DAY, take the Dodgers at +450 to win the World Series. If they happen to play the Boston Red Sox, you can always hedge later. Kershaw and Greinke could easily carry the full load all the way to a World Series.
Odds To Win the AL/NL Pennants:
Boston Red Sox +180
LA Dodgers +180
Detroit Tigers +200
St. Louis Cardinals +225
Atlanta Braves +290
Oakland Athletics +400
Tampa Bay Rays +425
Pittsburgh Pirates +500

The A’s will have home stadium advantage for Games 1, 2 and 5 versus the Detroit Tigers. In my honest opinion, I expect Oakland to beat Detroit in Game #1 of this series. Should they do that, you may be in a situation where you could hedge this Series bet afterwards. Without knowing the Rays and Red Sox Series Odds as of right now, Oakland is the biggest underdog going in the 1st Round. I will tell you the worst play of these LDS odds are the Pirates at only +135. Pittsburgh is +1150 to win the World Series, which is way worse than any of the other clubs, however they are tied with the Braves for +135 as the best odds for the underdogs. STAY AWAY … Or put some money on the Bucs to win the World Series, and then hedge in the later rounds as they continue on.
